Where does the time go? Since launching in January 2014, we’ve been incredibly lucky to work with some amazing companies, both new and existing. As we head into autumn, we’re looking forward to new opportunities and great results. We’re also very lucky to be working with some stellar individuals who have contributed their talents and passion to help Storia PR grow as a company.
We kicked-off spring with a launch at the Four Seasons in Toronto for Luxe Shopping Experiences, a personal shopping service for special occasions. Lifestyle bloggers joined us for an elegant evening with Luxe’s partners including Treccani Milano, White Toronto, Got Style, Knar Jewellery and makeovers by Victoria Radford. We received wonderful post-event coverage in Today’s Bride, Leopard is a Neutral, Toronto Beauty Reviews, Haute Canada and WeddingGirl.ca, to name a few.
Spring continued to be busy as we worked with two new clients, Dr. Dina Kulik, a Toronto-based pediatrician who went on Breakfast Television to talk about spring allergies and Naomi Zener, a first-time author, blogger and lawyer who launched her debut novel Deathbed Dimes which is a must-read! Naomi was featured in View the Vibe and The Canadian Jewish News and is now a contributor to the Huffington Post.
June was all about welcoming summer and so we did with OmTO, Toronto’s full day Yogic Celebration at the Distillery District which we promoted with a little help from our influencer friends Casie Stewart of This is My Life, and the blog Toronto Is Awesome.
July also brought us some new business with Fitneff Inc., a company dedicated to innovative products and
solutions that help people make their productive time more active at work and home. Fitneff just debuted their first product The WalkTop Treadmill Desk at the Health and Fitness Business Summit in Las Vegas. You will definitely be hearing more about this fantastic company in the months to come.
We continued our health and fitness streak with the launch of a new 24-hour wearable tracking device by a U.S.-based company called Runtastic. The Orbit, an activity, fitness and sleep tracker has received some notable reviews from Canadian media including the Globe & Mail and fitness bloggers Life In Balance Sort Of, Strolling in the City in Heels and Yogi Crystal.
We also celebrated the partnership between The House of Uniikii, an exclusive distributor of eco-conscious fashion from Finland and Chill Ice House, the coolest new Canadian hot spot which opened mid-summer.
In the coming months we’ll be introducing Paul Dore, whose debut novel The Walking Man will be released in late fall. We’ll also be working with The House of Uniikii to showcase their amazing lineup of footwear, clothing and accessories. Look for this and more as we continue to bring brand stories to life. Thanks to Paula Coop McCrory, Emily Niedoba, Jodie Goulart, Ryan Stephenson Price, Keith Agnew, Katie Cheevers, Miodrag Kovacic and Rob Campbell for all your help!
